The
Beach House, Lulworth is located on the Cove in West Lulworth, situated
in the isle of Purbeck and in the centre of the World Heritage Jurassic
Coast.
The
Beach House has a modern restaurant with outside garden and accommodation
with eleven airy rooms all en suite. Please note that the rooms are
of different sizes, some with older bathrooms than others. When you
phone to book, please discuss each room with us.
During
the summer Lulworth Cove is alive with some of the most wonderful
beaches on the South Coast boasting towering cliffs and secluded
coves. In winter
it offers an array of activities including romantic walks along coastal
paths and open log fires that crackle and dance to the sound of gulls
crying and waves breaking.
The restaurant offers a mouth-watering array of local produce based around a modern seafood and game menu.
Lulworth
Cove is rightly proud of its history. The Jurassic fossil filled
coastline brought people to it since the dawn of time. The Coves wait
where countless smugglers plied their trade with shorelines and beaches
filled by generations who have spent their holiday here.

Your Hosts
Philip and Liesl have run the Beach House,
Lulworth for the past eight years. They both come from the city
of London where they were both brokers. Liesl is from London
and Philip was born in Lulworth Cove. They have five daughters
between them ranging in age from 13 to 20, Liesl is in her late
30’s and Philip his early 40’s. Both are passionate
about the business. Liesl’s mission is to provide the
best accommodation she can at the hotel and bring all the rooms
up to her vision of a quality modern boutique hotel. Philip
as the Head chef is determined to continue to source a local
product menu and develop a 50 seater hotel restaurant of which
they are both rightly proud. |

are unfortunately unable to accommodate wedding parties or
guests attending weddings in the Lulworth area. We are a quiet,
family run guest house and our aim is to offer our guests
a relaxing and tranquil stay with us.
Due to previous disturbances
at our guest house following wedding receptions, we therefore
regret that any bookings made by wedding parties or guests
will be cancelled.
