POLICIES
Cancellations:
• All weekend bookings must
be two days minimum.
• Bookings
must be cancelled 48 hours in advance in writing of your arrival date.
There is a £10 cancellation charge.
• In
the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice
prior to the date of arrival, a charge of 100% of the total booking value
will be made.
• In
the event you should need to cut short your stay during your visit you
will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we relet your room.
• Payment
– we accept all major credit cards.
Check In/Check Out:
• You
may check in from 2.00pm onwards
• You
must check out by 10.30am.
• Late
Arrivals – if you are arriving after 9pm please contact us in advance.
Deposit:
• 1
night's stay (non-refundable). Cheque or credit card accepted. Please
enquire for terms and conditions. Please make cheques payable to The Beach
House.
A deposit is refundable should you have to cancel subject to our cancellation
terms above.

WEDDINGS
Please note that we are
unfortunately unable to accommodate wedding parties or guests
attending weddings in the Lulworth area. We are a quiet, family
run guest house and our aim is to offer our guests a relaxing
and tranquil stay with us.
Due to previous disturbances
at our guest house following wedding receptions, we therefore
regret that any bookings made by wedding parties or guests will
be cancelled.
